Kimberly’s keynote, Hope + Healing: Navigating Life As A Widow, is about more than food and family balance – it’s about resilience in the face of unimaginable loss. Still in the early stages of her grief, Kimberly will share her deeply personal story of becoming a widow at just 43 years old. She’ll open up about how she is working to rebuild her life while navigating the complexities of being a solo mom to her two young daughters. Through raw honesty, she offers insights into the challenges and small victories that come with healing, balancing her grief with the desire to create a new future for her family.
Kimberly’s story is one of hope, healing, and the courage to move forward after loss.
